It was a great gift and my primary care physician loved it! The service was great!

I sent approx 6 pics of different views of head as requested. I asked for "long hair" as in 1 of the pics. There was no explanation of why they chose to use a pic with hair in a low bun, which I accepted as it was needed for graduation. I would have preferred the long hair though. First pic of hair to approve was very dark, I then chose from a colour chart, I wasn't given another pic to approve the new chosen colour (which is still quite dark) item was just sent. I emailed for an update on receipt of item and was ignored, I had to message them from the website and received a reply through that method. All in all it is great, however now I look back and see the other "long hair ones" also a second proof of the new hair colour would have been appreciated, as I explained it was to be a "golden brown and not dark brown". I am sure my daughter will love it just the same though. Thank you.
